Due to the exhaustion of the grant, we are required to introduce a fee for sending the home test, which is 85 CZK for a test sent to Zásilkovna or Z-box and 110 CZK for a test sent to an address in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, sending tests outside the Czech Republic is not possible. After filling out the questionnaire and receiving a confirmation email, you can pick up the test for free at the reception of Dům světla, Malého 282/3, Prague 8 - Karlín, every day including weekends and holidays from 8 AM to 9 PM. Information on the payment of the fee will be provided at the end of the process. Thank you for your understanding.

After entering your contact details, you will receive a unique code for the system, where you will fill out a detailed pre-test questionnaire. Based on this, an advisor will evaluate whether you will be sent a free home HIV test worth 660 CZK. Contact details are necessary for sending the HIV test and will not be archived. However, please note that our staff will contact you on the phone number you provide to verify other contact details! Our staff will contact you from the phone number 477 477 365 or 224 814 284. If you do not answer, they will try two more times. During this time, you can call back at any time. In such a case, please have your 8-digit code ready. If we are unable to verify your details after the third attempt, your order will be canceled.

By doing so, you express your consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of sending the home test. In the system, you will be listed only under the assigned code.
